Custom milled borax is a super fine granule so it coats well without caking, and it has an additional 5% moisture added to it so it won't over dry eggs. Many steelheaders seem to prefer boraxed eggs and borax can be an important additive when custom curing your eggs with either the Wizard or Pro-Cure egg cure. Try adding a 1/4 cup to a 1/2 cup of white or colored borax to 12 ounces of egg cure. You'll love the results. Available in 30 ounce reusable plastic bottles and 4lb bags in white.
